Emmanuel BALBI (1760-????), knight of the empire by letters patent of 10 February 1809, Knight of the Legion of Honour. Regulation of coats of arms:
Per pale: to the 1st, Azure, 3 fishes Argent superposed, that of the facing the sinister medium; to the 2nd, Or to a lion climbing Argent, allumee and langued Gules and charged of a fess Gules; to the terrace in base Gules charged of the mark of knights of the Legion of Honour debruising on per pale.
